Principals Bitsy Henderson and Sid Mallory combine more than 60 years of fundraising experience in offering real-world, specialized approaches to philanthropy for nonprofit clients across the country. They have a proven track record of matching an organizations’ specific needs with knowledge and insight gained from their long history of fundraising experience and success.

HMP combines mentoring or coaching services with traditional fundraising counsel to assist a client in establishing new philanthropic programs or increasing the effectiveness of established annual, major, and planned giving programs. All services are provided personally by one or both principals.

Bitsy Henderson

Mary Love (Bitsy) Henderson, FAHP, Principal, brings a successful history of volunteer leadership, enormous energy, critical insight, and more than 30 years’ experience as a senior resource development officer and consultant to her client institutions.  Prior to creating Henderson Mallory Partners, Bitsy directed successful annual, major, and capital fundraising initiatives for three major medical center foundations, including a children’s hospital foundation. Bitsy has successfully provided fundraising counsel to a variety of client institutions, ranging from board development and program start-ups to major gift and capital campaign consulting and management.

Sid Mallory

Sid Mallory, MBA, FAHP, Principal, is an accountant by training.  For more than 30 years, he has applied his financial knowledge and process skills to fundraising.  With a proven record of fundraising success, he has managed a variety of arts, educational, and healthcare fundraising programs with emphasis on major gifts, broad-based capital campaigns, and planned giving programs.  His ability to work with major philanthropists has resulted in almost $1 billion in philanthropy for the organizations he has represented.

Sid Mallory was the 2010 recipient of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy’s Si Seymour Award.
